Delays
Whether a shipment or in store pick up, allow a minimum of 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has shipped or we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Delivery
ibikecowansville.com offers you free shipping in Canada for all your purchases over $99*.
* Please note that some conditions apply and that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. Orders containing large or very heavy items may result in additional shipping charges.
* Please also note that delivery service is not available for some bikes ex: Electric Bike (pick up in store only, please contact us to determine the terms and conditions).
In-store pickups
We will contact you by email when your order is ready to be picked up. In the meantime, please prepare the following documents for pickup:
- A valid form of ID
- The credit card used for the online order
- A copy of the invoice
Please note that the cardholder must pick up the order. You cannot send someone else to pick it up.
Return Policy
- A new product can be returned within 15 days of purchase in store with your proof of purchase.
- We do not provide refunds on bikes, tires, tubes, glasses, shorts, bibs, underwear and special orders.
- For an order placed online, you can return the item in store or by mail.
- The returned product must be intact and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are not covered by iBike. The return is the responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of an error by ibike on the contents of the order, a return label will be sent to you by email in order to proceed with the return at our expense.
- If the product is defective upon arrival, was damaged in transit, or is incorrect, please contact us promptly. An agent from our team will inform you of the procedure to follow in order to rectify the situation.
