The function and existence of the Team IBIKE and Academy is based on the implication of the members. Without the implication and volunteer hours of the team riders the team itself would not exist.

The administration of Team IBIKE  and Academy will therefore be implementing a honor agreement for all new members.  In order to ensure the sustainability of our program and services, all Team IBIKE members will need to promise the donation of time to ensure the sustainability of the program and services we will continue to offer and develop.
